According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after delivery (the cooling-off period is for consideration, not a trial period). Returned items must be in their original condition (including all packaging, accessories, gifts, warranty cards, and documentation). If the product is opened or used, resulting in diminished value (e.g., can only be sold as refurbished), we will charge a restoration or refurbishment fee, which may affect your right to return. Please inspect the product and its appearance before use to protect your rights.
To request a return within the cooling-off period, contact customer service first. Then, return the product and invoice. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the items.
